Your step-by-step guide to using a coffee pour over.

pour overWhat you need:

- Approx 15g Coffee
- Grinder (we get ours ground down where we buy our beans)
- Around 250 ml, boiling water
- Filter paper
- Pour Over
- Cup

    Steps:

    1. Place your filter paper into your pour over and the pour over on top of your cup
    2. Grind your beans down to the consistency of sand. If your local bean roaster can grind them for you, tell them you're using a pour over
    3. Place coffee into the filter paper
    4. Slowly pour over the boiling water (around 50ml) and leave it for approx. 30 secs
    5. Pour over the rest of the water slowly and evenly
    6. Add milk and sugar if you wish
    7. Drink
