Located in London, this four-storey and four-bedroom layout is designed for comfortable living by making sustainable use of space in a high density city.

The floor-to-ceiling corner windows overlook the north bank of the River Thames, which provide light and breathtaking views. Oak features accentuate the interior while brick and concrete are used for the exterior of the building.
Designed by

Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, the architects have created the house to have a low impact on the environment. With insulation and utilising a cross laminated timber frame, a high amount of embodied carbon is saved. The ventilation system is unique in that it recovers over 80% of the energy used that would otherwise be wasted.

This house embodies the perfect mixture of industrial and minimal design with principles that are sustainably aware.
