This large ceramic bowl has a glossy, earthy finish and the rim is adorned with woven bamboo. A stunning centre piece in a living room or perhaps to be used as a flower pot.

Our friend Kingy is based in Kyoto with her husband and baby daughter. She trawls through antique markets and hidden vintage stores in the area to find us amazing goodies.

Kingy is a photographer by trade and shoots the pieces she finds in her parent-in-law's old machiya in town.
