Dougi are another term for gi and are commonly used for martial arts. This one was found at an antique market in Kyoto and looks great as a wall mounted piece or perhaps worn as a gown.

Our friend Kingy is based in Kyoto with her husband and baby daughter. She trawls through antique markets and hidden vintage stores in the area to find us amazing goodies.

Kingy is a photographer by trade and shoots the pieces she finds in her parent-in-law's old machiya in town.
