There's something ornately special about this vase that was found at an antique market in Kyoto. The narrow pinch neck has a green glaze and makes it perfect for holding singular branches in place, while the brown base adds a rustic feel to the overall appeal.

Our friend Kingy is based in Kyoto with her husband and baby daughter. She trawls through antique markets and hidden vintage stores in the area to find us amazing goodies.

Kingy is a photographer by trade and shoots the pieces she finds in her parent-in-law's old machiya in town.
