A rare and special piece found in Kyoto and sent to us in Sydney. Featuring a clasp to keep things safe, this basket is from the 1950's. It's a rare find in an excellent condition, one that will hold your precious items around the house.

Our friend Kingy is based in Kyoto with her husband and baby daughter. She trawls through antique markets and hidden vintage stores in the area to find us amazing goodies.

Kingy is a photographer by trade and shoots the pieces she finds in her parent-in-law's old machiya in town.
