This special basket was brought home from an antique market in Kyoto. Featuring a working clasp closure to keep the contents safe, it's one we would use to store precious items around the home. This basket is from the 1950-60's.

Our friend Kingy is based in Kyoto with her husband and baby daughter. She trawls through antique markets and hidden vintage stores in the area to find us amazing goodies.

Kingy is a photographer by trade and shoots the pieces she finds in her parent-in-law's old machiya in town.
