This outstanding product is in high demand in the very best restaurants. Rice vinegar is mixed with bonito, soy sauce and mirin, imparting a sweet, smooth smokiness with the subtle flavours of the sea.

Used in Japan as a traditional dressing on all seafood - crab, lobster etc ( the crab on the label denotes usage, not the ingredient) - it has a myriad of other uses in dressing, sauces and dumplings, limited only by the imagination.

Long-standing vinegar manufacturer Tobata Suten emphasises the importance of repetition in producing this sophisticated product which has been made the same way for 300 years.
