Made by a famous rice vinegar producer, it is mixed with bonito, soy sauce, mirin making it both sweetened and smoky. This vinegar is low in acid and delicately sweet.


This outstanding product is in high demand in the very best restaurants. Rice vinegar is mixed with bonito, soy sauce and mirin, imparting a sweet, smooth smokiness with the subtle flavours of the sea.

Used in Japan as a traditional dressing on all seafood - crab, lobster etc ( the crab on the label denotes usage, not the ingredient) - it has a myriad of other uses in dressing, sauces and dumplings, limited only by the imagination.
