These Zori slippers are made in the mountains in the Gunma prefecture. Carefully woven one by one from sedges that grow naturally in the local area, they are soaked in hot springs to soften them, and then woven into ropes.

Made by wrapping a cloth around the straw, which is then tapped with a stick to create the shape, they are very durable and comfortable to wear.

Fits a mens 9-10

Gunma is a mountainous, landlocked prefecture on Japan's Honshu Island. It's known for its hot springs (onsen) and ski areas.
