This enamel milk pan can be used to warm up milk, melt butter or make sauces on gas and electric stovetops. Enamelware is long lasting, doesn't produce environmental toxins, and keeps food fresh and germ free, making it ideal for storage. Pans and casseroles also benefit from the excellent heat efficiency of enamelware.

Founded in 1934, Tokyo, Noda Horo have been producing enamel products for a little over 80 years. Many consider them a representative of Japanese enamel and are loved world-wide for the standard they set in the field. In 2013 their storage container received the "Long Life Design Award."



Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, Japan, which is the center of cutlery and steel manufacturing. It manufactures most of the Sori Yanagi-designed kitchenware and tableware. The population is about 83,000 and the ratio of business establishments to population ranks fifth in Niigata Prefecture. The area is also blessed with abundant water such as the Shinano River, Okozu Flood-Control Channel, Nakanokuchi River and Nishi River.
