Sweet Red Miso (Edo) is a State Winner of the Delicious Produce Awards 2018 and is a Silver Medal winner in the 2021 Tasmanian Find Food Awards.
This Miso paste has notes of caramel and maple in the sweetness which pairs perfectly with the saltiness. Fresh Miso paste is untreated and will continue to ferment when left at room temperature
