To refill your candles:

Bring your Provider cup into our store. They must be clean for us to refill them. We will not accept any cups that have left over wax and soot remaining. We don't have the facilities in the store to clean them. 

We recommend sitting your cup in boiling water for 60 secs to melt the leftover wax - it will pop out easily.

Select your fragrance of choice and pay for your candle.

Your refill will be ready 2-3 days after your drop it off. We ask kindly ask if you can collect your candle within 7 days so we have room for more batches.
