This grater is one handy little utensil. Made in Japan in a little workshop in Tajimi, it's designed to grate wasabi, ginger and garlic. Its special shape also makes it ideal as a soap dish, yes really!

Story

A few years ago we went to Tajimi in hope that we'd met someone to help us produce ceramics. We got the shinkansen from Tokyo to Nagoya and hired a car and drove out to the mountains. Having no idea what to expect, we visited a few places and picked up some samples. One of those was this grater, which has been a best selling item ever since we brought it home.
