The Easiest Yuzu Honey & Mustard Salad Dressing

This is one of the quickest and easiest salad dressing that goes with most salad bits or you can keep it simple and just toss it with butter lettuce. It uses some of our favourite pantry staples from the shop like yuzu honey and rice wine vinegar and comes together in minutes.

2tbs dijon mustard

2tbs extra virgin olive oil
03.
2tbs rice vinegar (can be substituted for any vinegar you prefer)

1tbs yuzu honey

Salt & pepper to taste

Ingredients.Method

Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until emulsified.

Adjust the dressing to your liking, adding salt and pepper to taste and adjusting the sweet, sour and salt to your liking.

Add to bowl and whisk.04
Toss with lettuce.03.
Toss the dressing with your choice of lettuce and add in any extra salad bits you feel like.

Serve alongside your favourite dish.
