Shipping & Returns

DOMESTIC  SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $150*, for all orders under $150 it is a flat rate of $12.95 for all domestic orders* (excluding furniture, please contact us for a shipping quote).

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after you have ordered. Once dispatched, they will be delivered via our courier partner within approx. 2 - 5 business days for most metro areas. Shipping times may be longer to rural and non-metro addresses and during peak times.  

Please note: We are unable to send to parcel lockers or P.O boxes. 

*Some remote and rural locations may incur extra charges for larger or special handle items. Please contact us if you have any questions. 

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window as stated from the courier please contact us within 5 business days of the expected arrival date to claim a lost or damaged item. 

LOCAL PICK UP SURRY HILLS

We also offer free local pick-up from our Surry Hills store, located at 381b Riley Street Surry Hills, NSW, 2010. Simply place your order as normal and select the pick-up option at checkout. Pick up orders are usually ready within 24-48 hrs of ordering, please wait for a confirmation email that your order is ready before coming to collect.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will be charged a flat rate of $60 unless otherwise specified. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Please note we do not cover any local duties or taxes on international orders they are at the expense of the customer. Please check your local government website to find out more about customs processes, duties & taxes in your country. 

RETURNS

Unfortunately we don't offer free returns so please choose carefully.
You may send your order back at your own expense after you have emailed us: hello@providerstore.com.au

If your item is bespoke, you will not be able to return it unless the product has been deemed faulty.

If your item is damaged you will need to send an image to hello@providerstore.com.au - the damage will be assessed by the Provider team.

If you wish to exchange your item, you may need to pay an additional shipping cost to send your new product out. For more information please email hello@providerstore.com.au

If products are misused we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused.

If return items are damaged during transit back to us we will not accept responsibility for any damage caused. If your item is fragile please take ensure that is it sufficiently protected in order to avoid this.

Please read care instructions on items, especially for dyed and printed cushions. If you do not follow care labels, we will not accept responsibly for any damage done.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your item you have a 24 hour window to do so to receive a full refund. Any longer and we will not accept for change of mind.

DISCOUNTS

Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or sale item. Our sign up code is good for one use only, we are a small business so we ask you kindly not to take advantage of our codes and use them more than once. 

Please note: Discount codes cannot be used on consignment artwork, Milly Dent & EMI ceramics.
