Scroll downMade in a small workshop in Tajimi, Japan, this mug was based around our Ishi candle cup. Ready for your big cups of tea or coffee, this mug is like a hug in your hands. Each cup is handmade, so no two cups are exactly alike; it features a soft curve and a warm, gentle feel. We worked with makers to make two distinct glazes, a bronze and a creamy stone white.

Story
When visiting one of our small ceramic workshops in Tajimi, we found ourselves drawn to the Ishi vessel, it was one of those pieces that felt quiet but grounded. Not only did we fall in love with it as a candle vessel we also loved this handled version as well, so instead of picking one we chose both! This mug is a great size, feels so lovely in the hands and will make for the perfect addition to your collection.
