Baskets are something we are continually drawn to when we go on a sourcing trip. We found some real gems at an antique store in Osaka and in the markets of Kyoto. They make great pieces for storing throw blankets, books or as decorative pieces for your home to add charm and texture.

Story

This trip was on of our longest, we spent nearly a whole month meeting makers, visiting markets across Nagoya, Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka as well as visiting some of our favourite antique stores and homewares shops along the way. We think this might be one of the sourcing trips to date, this collection includes lots of baskets, one-off ceramics and of course some animals. Each one was hand-selected and curated by Tara herself.
