We love finding cool ceramics on our travels, because, in our opinion, you can never have too many ceramics. This beautiful tall vase is perfect for displaying a bunch of flowers or just as a standalone piece for your shelves. It features hand painted flower details plus it comes with a wooden box for storing.

Story:

Going on a sourcing trip in Japan in the depths of winter can be an interesting endeavour, but we love it. Sydney doesn’t get very cold, and we obviously never get snow, so the novelty of waking up on a frosty morning, going to the markets and then having it snow at the end of the day feels simply magical.

Tara rugged up and spent long mornings hand-selecting pieces from antique markets in Tokyo, Kyoto and little spots she discovered along the way. She filled up her trolley and then carefully packed it all in to send home. To say this is one of her favourite parts of the job is an understatement. In true Tara style, she loaded up on cute animal figures, lots of ceramics and all the interesting one-off pieces that we love.
