We love meandering through the antique markets in Japan to find pieces that intrigue us and catch out eye, there are always new things to discover each time we visit. If there is one thing we love it's finding these small (and big) animals on our travels and adding them to unexpected places in the home. They will make you smile each time you see them.

Story 

We braved the brisk winters morning to venture to this market in Nagoya to see what we could find. Once there we found so many beautiful pieces from antique matcha bowls, to baskets and of course we couldn't resists picking up some quirky animals along the way too.
