How to use:

Step one - Place herb pouch in your bathtub 

Step two - Fill your bathtub with hot water

Step three - Massage the herbs into your skin while you bath or just sit back and enjoy the aroma

After use, lightly squeeze out excess water and place it next to the bathtub or in a location where it can try in a well ventilated place or in the sun to dry out fully.

Can be used twice, it can be used more times however the fragrance will lessen slightly after initial two uses and with continued use.
