This Japanese condiment is called red yuzu kosho, and it has been developed to offer you the pleasant aroma of yuzu citrus and the spicy punch of red chilli pepper. Red yuzu kosho can be a fantastic substitute for shichimi togarashi (a Japanese seasoning blend made from seven spices and/or herbs).
You can use this product instead of ra-yu (spicy oil usually mixed with dipping sauce for gyoza dumplings). It is also great to use as a condiment for udon noodles, katsu don rice bowl, or soup.
