Candles

We work with ceramicists predominately in Japan to create unique scented candles that are designed with reuse in mind - the idea is once they burn you can use the candle vessel as a Japanese tea cup or coffee mug or bring it in-store for a candle refill.

Homemade Tartar Sauce Recipe By My Zakaya

My Zakaya is a little spot that serves some seriously good Japanese food. Chef Nobu Maruyama cooks with a deep love for flavour and that resonates through all the dishes he creates. He was kind enough to let us into his kitchen and take us through the homemade Tartar sauce that tops Namban Snapper. You can also find our chat with Nobu where we chat all things food at the end of the recipe too!
